Our cookies are individually wrapped and shipped in an indestructible mailer box, surrounded by shredded paper. We bake all orders on Sundays, and ship on Mondays. We ship USPS Priority Mail, so they should arrive within 1-3 days of shipping.

Once your package is in the hands of the courier, they are responsible for ensuring your package is delivered correctly. As a small business, we may not be able to provide refunds. However, each package is insured by the courier, so you will be able to contact the carrier and they will be able to refund you! 

Cookies can be enjoyed immediately, warmed up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds (our personal favorite!), or frozen for up to 3 months. If you do stick these cookies in the fridge, we recommend letting them come to room temp or warming them up before eating to get them nice and soft again.

Some of our cookies do have nuts in them; all ingredient information is found on each product page. Please be aware that there is a chance of cross-contamination, as all cookies are baked in the same facility. We try our best, but cannot guarantee it!
